SOBIOCASO DE ÉXITO - BIOMETRA 3RA EDAD
Premio Innovación Financiera:For its commitment to quality, innovation and excellence, SDC has implemented in the Supervielle Bank, a private bank in Argentina and client of our company since its inception, a project of biometric identification for retirement portfolio. In order to prevent fraudulent payment of social security benefits, retirees should undergo a cumbersome process which included certificates and authentication of documents in different institutions. Given that retirees are an important customer segment for banks, and many of the processes assigned to this group are very complex and tedious, the Bank needed to find a solution that meets the following requirements: basic Centralized Management user data, interconnection to core bank systems, ensure reliable identification, high productivity, low response times (less than 2 seconds) in the identification and prevention of fraud.
The Supervielle Bank on September 13, 2013 presented in Miami the "SOA and an engine of innovation in banking" project in the framework of the fair FELABAN CLAB 2013.
SOBIO (Service Oriented Biometric ) is the engine that is part of SOA solution as innovation and won the second prize at the Financial Innovation.
The conference is organized by the Florida International Bankers Association (FIBA),the Latin American Banking Automation Committee ( CLAB ) and the Association of International Bankers Florida (Florida International Bankers Association ( FIBA).
ANSES - Resolución DE-A 567Regarding the implementation of the biometric system of Banco Supervielle, developed by SDC, ANSES has determined that this process is the new regime for the payment of social security benefits, based on the reliability and success of this project.
The enrollment phase is running very successfully and in time identification terminals are exceeding all our expectations, and that have been major improvements in the area of care.
